How to print your order invoices, whether you need all or a select number of invoices
Printing Session Specific Orders
Printing Global Orders
- Click Store on the left hand menu panel click and select Orders from the drop-down menu. This will bring up all your orders globally within your account, not just the orders of a particular session.
- Navigate the tabs to find the orders you want to print.
- If you wish to print all orders from a specific tab you must first select all orders by checking the box to the left of the Order Reference column header. This will select all orders on screen.
- If you require an individual or a group of invoices (but not all), you can select these invoices by clicking their tick box next to the order number.
- Once the orders are marked, click the Actions button, and select Print Invoices from the drop-down menu. Note that the top of the drop-down menu will have "For SELECTED orders".
- Each order will print out separately. Meaning, if an order is one and half pages, the next order will not start until the next clear page.
Printing Session Specific Orders
- To print out all the order for a specific session, click Session from the left hand menu panel and select Sessions.
- Find the correct session, click to open.
- Open the Orders tab within the selected session.
- As above, you can mark all invoices, a selection of invoices, or an individual invoice to be printed.
