Your Commerce account comes with three standard export variations for exporting order data. You can also have custom versions created, when required.
|
Note: If you are not working with our direct fulfillment labs, you'll likely need to use an export for your orders. A custom export can be created where required and will also live in the same dropdown menu as shown below. |
Accessing Order Export Options
- Open the session and click the orders tab, as seen below. Find the blue Export button on the far right side of the window... don't click it yet... just find it.
- First, you need to select the orders you want to export. There are tick/check boxes on the left side of the window under the white Actions button. Mark the orders you want to include in the export. If you want to include all listed orders, tick the top box (the one next to Order Reference), you'll be able to select either select the current page of orders or all pages if there are more than one page.
- Once you've made your selection, choose your export type. Click te blue Export button and make a selection from the drop down menu. There are three types of exports: Export All, Export Pre-Order Orders, Export Re-Order Orders.
Each type of export includes three defaults each: Default Order Export, Default Order Items Export, Default Order Items Export (Flow Edition).
To learn more about these exports, we have listed the headers below, we suggest you download these with your test orders to confirm they show exactly what you need to fulfill your orders correctly. These should cover the majority of use-cases but if not, let's contact the support team in your Slack channel to discuss creating a custom export in place for you.
