If a subject has been incorrectly associated with a pre-order, all hope is not lost! This can be easily rectified and updated.

Unmatching and rematching a single subject

Navigate to the order from the left menu panel, Store > Orders.
Tip: Double-click your shift button and the order search box will pop up. You can then paste in the number and click Search.

Click on the Order number link to open the order.

On the left side of the order under Order Information, click the X next to the subject name to unmatch the subject from the order. When successful, a green note will appear above the order confirming the subject removal.

You can now match the order with the correct subject. Click the green Match to Subject button.

Check the box next to the corresponding order, select the new subject from the options, and click Approve Match.

For digital products, once matched, navigate back to the order, and you should see the new subject images generated for digital downloads. Once complete, the status will change to 'Generated'.
