Image Node Population can be triggered from within Commerce using the bulk actions drop-down on the Orders page for a Client Session.
Image Node Population is most commonly needed in the following circumstances:
-
Pre-orders were made by customers/subjects using Subject Codes (not global codes), so the orders are already matched to a subject. The pre-orders were made BEFORE images were uploaded into the session. This applies to Original Sessions and Makeup Sessions.
-
Orders were imported into the system by using Fotomerchant Studio, and have been matched to Subjects as part of the process. The orders were imported BEFORE images were uploaded in to the session.
If this is your first time, please first read the entire article before using this feature so you do not make a mistake.
