Accessing an order

There are three ways to look up an order and its details. This article will walk you through the different ways.

• Accessing an order from the Store > Orders area

Accessing an order from the Store > Orders area

1. Go to the Store > Orders area.
2. Locate the order, either by looking through the list or utilizing the Search Bar at the top.
3. Click on the order reference number to open the order.

Accessing an order from within a Session

1. Locate the Session in the Client & Sessions > Sessions area and click on the session name.
2. Click on the Orders tab. 
3. Click on the order reference number to open the order.

Via the Search Function

1. Double tap the shift key.
2. Copy/paste in the order reference number. 
3. Press Search.
4. Click on the order reference number to open the order.
