These are the orders requiring action before they can be processed. Check the Status column to see why the order is requiring action. Click on the Order Reference No. to view the order in greater detail and identify the issue and what needs to occur to resolve it. You may need to click on other tabs inside the order to view further details.

Processing
These are the orders that are currently being processed.

This status will appear when:

Pending Fulfilment
A specific example is "Subject is required for the order" which means it needs to be matched to a Subject.

This occurs when orders contain digital download products and are waiting for the files to be uploaded after picture day.
Note: These orders will then need to be matched to the subject for download. |
Complete
These are the orders that have been completed - no further action required.
|
Pre pay orders with no digital products being fulfilled by Fotomerchant will automatically set to complete as no further action is required. |
Canceled
These are the orders that have been canceled by the studio for whatever reason.

When an order is canceled you will still need to refund the customers money. For more info please see Canceling an order. |
