Exports usually have very specific data needed concerning a catalog or subject data. You can request an export from a Customer Success Representative in your Slack channel.
- Click Clients & Sessions from the menu panel and select Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- Select the session you want to generate an export for and select the Orders tab.
- You will see all the orders and which stage the order was placed.

Note: Exports will no longer assume that you want all order details if you tick/check no specific orders. |
Individual or specific orders
- Select the order you would like to export by clicking the box next to the Order Reference.
- Click the blue Export button on the right of the screen and select your preferred export template from the drop down menu.
All orders
- Click the box next to Order Reference heading, this selects all orders on the page (maximum 200).
- There is now a blue box above the orders asking if you would like to include all pages of orders to include in the export. Click the box if you want all pages to be included, keep clear if you only want the orders from the current page you are viewing.
- Click the blue Export button on the right of the screen and select your preferred export template from the drop down menu.
