Both the header and footer of the order confirmation email can be custom written within the stages of a session or a session template. Since this is set up in the stages, there can be different messages for the sessions and even the stage types.
There is also an option to change the order email confirmation account-wide. Changing the order confirmation message on a Session or Session template will overwrite the account-wide setting.

Changing the Order Confirmation email globally across the account
- Navigate to the Store > Settings area of the admin interface.
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- Adjust the Header and Footer message as needed.
- Click Save.

Note: Changing the Order Confirmation email message in the Store > Settings > Notifications area, is a global setting that will be used across the entire account. The two sets of instructions below will explain how to overwrite this setting for a Session or Session template. |
Changing the Order Confirmation email within a Session
- Locate the Session in the Client & Sessions > Sessions area and click on the session name.
- Click on the cog icon of the stage then click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Emails section and adjust the Header and Footer message as needed.
- Click Save.
Changing the Order Confirmation email within a Session Template
- Locate the Session in the Client & Sessions > Session Templates area and click on the session template name.
- Click on the cog icon of the stage then click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Emails section and adjust the Header and Footer message as needed.
- Click Save.
