Studios can manage their tax collection through Fotomerchant, this is configured in their store settings globally and can be over riden within a sessions or session template.
- To set this or update it in a session or template go to the required session or template.
- Click the name of the session or template you need to update.
- When looking at the session stages, identify which stages need the update and click the cog icon
on the right. Select Edit from the drop down options. - Scroll down to the E-Commerce section and review the Customize tax rules option. By default, this will be set to No. Click Yes to override the settings and reveal further options to customize the tax rules for the stage.
- Adjust the settings to meet your tax needs, and make sure to hit the Save button for the changes to reflect.
