Digital Galleries are a special type of product where all available Subject photos are automatically ordered using a single product in the shopping cart.
Whether a Subject has 10 photos or 100 photos, a Digital Gallery product will automatically include them all. There is no limit on how many photos can be included.

Note: Digital Galleries will not include Group Photos or additional photos from Public or Shared galleries. Only photos that are exclusively available to each Subject are included when this product is purchased. A Session will also need to use Subjects in order to utilize Digital Gallery products. |
- Click on Products > Digital Galleries on the Navigation Panel. This will bring you to the Digital Galleries area where you can edit pre-existing Digital Galleries or create new ones by clicking the +Digital Gallery button in the top right of the screen.
- Complete the necessary details when creating a new Digital Gallery, (we consider it best practice to complete the optional details too). Fill out the details of your new digital gallery.
- Digital Product: Select a Digital product for this gallery. This is the base digital product that will be used to create each individual digital download for this digital gallery. This will need to be set up before creating the Digital Gallery. Here is a link to the tutorial on creating digital products.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.

Important: Digital galleries do not include any Image Option choice. Therefore, studios cannot offer retouching on this product. If a studio is selling retouching in their catalog, then a clear description should be added so customers are aware. |
