Sometimes emails can get lost. Other times, emails get "lost". Don't be at a loss for what to do when a customer asks for their digital download email to be resent--we got your back.
- Locate the order in your Commerce account.
- Click the +Actions button in the top left corner.
- Using the drop-down, click Resend Digital Downloads Email.
