You can add a space within the shopping cart workflow which allows your customers to provide instructions for the photographer or your studio when making an order. As default, order instructions are turned off; this can be configured inside the session stage.

Note: Order instructions can also be set in a Session Template – a useful option if you would like them included as part of your standard workflow. |
- On the left-hand side menu panel, click on Clients & Sessions and select Sessions.
- Search for the session you wish to update, then click the session name to open.
- Click on the cog icon next to the stage and press Edit.
- Scroll down to Allow order instructions and update to Yes.
- Scroll down and click the green Save button.

Note: Orders with order instructions will have a text bubble right before the checkbox and order reference number on the Orders page. |
