A public gallery isn't just a fancy place to go see a Monet. You can provide access to subjectless images within a session as part of what we call a 'Public Gallery'. This can be used for Groups, Buddy Portraits, Dance sessions or any other kind of session where it suits your workflow.
- Open the session where you want to add the Public Gallery.
- Click the green +Gallery button towards the top right corner. This will take you into the Gallery Setup menu.
- Add your Gallery Title (e.g. Groups, Buddies, Dance Troop 4 etc.).
- Subject (optional) should be set to 'No subject is associated to this Gallery'. If it isn't, click the box to open the drop-down menu and change it.
- Set Gallery Visibility to Visible.
- Scroll down and press the green Save button. This will create a gallery folder to store your images.
- You'll automatically be taken to the gallery view, click the name of your newly created public gallery to open it. Now you can populate the gallery with images. Either drag the image files into the window or click the green +Add photos... button.
- Once the images have uploaded they will be available to all subjects within the session.
