The Yearbook Selection option allows the customer to choose their yearbook pose when viewing the gallery images. The Studio can then export a database of all students who have or haven't chosen their selection. This list can then be used to help determine what image is used for the yearbook.
This guide will show you how to turn on the yearbook selection option within a stage and how to generate a report to view a list of those who have chosen a yearbook pose.

Enabling the Yearbook Selection
- Locate the Session in the Client & Sessions > Sessions area and click on the session name.
- Click on the cog icon of the Re-order / Proofing stage you would like to turn on/off the Yearbook selection feature then click Edit.
Note: This option is only available during the Re-order / Proofing stage where customers can select and view the images.
It will need to be applied to all Re-Order/Proofing stages that need to capture the yearbook selection. - Scroll down to the Yearbook section title and set the Enabled Yearbook Selection setting to Yes.
- You can now go through the settings that appear to customize the yearbook selection process.
- Required - Is yearbook selection required Yes / No
- Yearbook photo selection instructions (optional)
- Minimum number of yearbook selections required
- Maximum number of yearbook selections

- Required - Is yearbook selection required Yes / No
- When finished filling out the information scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Save.
Generating a Yearbook Selection Report
- Locate the Session in the Client & Sessions > Sessions area and click on the session name.
- Click on the Subjects tab.
You will notice there is a Yearbook Column to the right of the name field. This column will indicate if a subject has chosen their yearbook pose by displaying a check mark.
- Select the subjects you would like to include in the report. To select all tick the checkbox above all subjects.
- To export this data click on the blue Export button and select Yearbook Selections.
- You will be provided with a text file export of all the data points available within this session. This text file can be opened in Excel or Numbers for use.
