Having the capacity to provide customers from the events space with as much engagement data as possible has become increasingly important. The Capture platform achieves this without requiring event guests to download an app or hand over any personal contact information.
When on an event page, you can select the Stats tab and you will see a bar graph and a series of 8 boxes that highlight different engagement information. These details are updated in real-time throughout the life of an event.
Bar graph: The bar graph is a visual representation of event guests accessing their galleries over a period of time.
Views: This shows the total number of times the galleries have been viewed overall.
Manual ID: This indicates how many times a Gallery ID has been used to access a gallery, rather than scanning a Gallery Card QR code.
Images Uploaded: This shows how many photos have been uploaded to the console for the event.
Avg Images per Session: This shows the average number of images being taken for each individual session.
Privacy Policy: This shows how many people accepted the privacy policy when prompted. A copy of our privacy policy is found at elementice.com/privacy
Pre-registered Usage: This is exclusively for events where guests are previously registered and added to the Console.
Engagement by Session: This displays the percentage of sessions that have been opened by guests.
Engagement by Gallery: This reflects how many galleries have been accessed, compared to the number of galleries created.
This information can be an incredibly useful addition to your value proposition as you engage with your clients. As privacy on social media continues to have a greater impact on the data which was once available, the analytics provided on the Console can be a helpful indicator.
