Shared Group Import via a CSV File

This article details how you can use different group images and associate them with different subjects.

You must use 3 columns for this to work Image Is Shared and Shared Files. This will put the groups under the group tag in Commerce. 

1. Firstly you have the image file name for the group photo that needs to be associated with each subject in a column called shared files so the system knows which is the group image.  You can have more than two shared group images, you just separate the two groups with a comma. Example Grade1B, Grade1C and it will acknowledge the subject in both groups.
2. The group image file names for all groups in use need to appear each in their own row down the very bottom of the Image column.
3. There needs to be a 1 beside that group image file name in the column for the Is Shared column to activate. Right down the bottom are the group image file names each listed and the 1 in the Is Shared column.
4. Once you have the images all associated with each subject, you will upload the new CSV file into the session.

   Note: This is not the same CSV you would use when first importing images and subjects into the session.  The group photo(s) must be uploaded to the Fotomerchant server beforehand to make this work.
