Client Logos can either be added to the client record or to the session. Adding a logo to the client record is advised as it will be automatically shown in the sessions associated to this client and is a more efficient process rather than uploading the logo individually to each session.

Where will the client logo be shown
The client logo will be shown on the following pages:
- ID Gate
- Opt-in Page
Uploading the client logo to the Media Library
The first step is to upload the client logo to the Media Library.
- In the left menu panel click on Media Library.
- Select the folder you would like to upload the images.
- Drag and drop in your logo or use the green +Upload button.
Uploading a client logo to the client record
- Click Clients & Sessions from the menu panel and select Clients from the drop-down menu.
- Edit an existing client or create a new one. Instructions can be found in this tutorial.
- Scroll down to the Logo (optional) setting and click on the grey placeholder thumbnail.
- Select the logo that was uploaded to the Media Library earlier.
- Use the green Save button to finalize the changes.
Uploading a client logo to the session
- Navigate to the Clients & Sessions > Sessions area and find the session you would like to edit.
- Click on the cog icon
next to the session and select Edit.

Scroll down to the Logo (optional) field and click the grey placeholder thumbnail.

Select the logo that was uploaded to the Media Library earlier.

Use the green Save button to finalize the changes.
