Fotomerchant now has the option to have multiple payment portals associated with your Commerce account. This allows you to choose if you want all your sessions in your account to go through a specific provider or if you want to pick and choose which sessions to through which payment provider.
- Navigate to the Store > Settings area.
- Click on the Payment Methods tab to see all the available options.
- At the top you will see the category of Preferred Credit Card Method by default it will be set to No Preference. This can still be overridden at the Session Stage level.
- To change the preferred method. Click on the black down arrow to display the selection menu and select the preferred provider.
Want to set a specific payment method for a session or session template you can edit the session, or session template as follows.
- Once inside the session or session template, click on the grey Edit button in the top right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom of all the category options until you get to the Options section. Here you will see the Preferred Card Provider (optional) setting and from the drop-down menu, you can select a different payment provider from your store settings.
