Session Templates are designed to speed up workflow and reduce human error, saving you both time and money.
There is no limit to the number of Session Templates you can create or have in use, we encourage you to make one for each of your workflows and job types you need to work with each season.
- From anywhere inside of the Fotomerchant interface, click +Create button at the top right-hand corner. You can select from the most used Session Templates, but if you can't see what you want to use, click on the option View more session templates... this will redirect you to the all of your previously created session templates.
Alternatively, click Clients & Sessions from the left menu panel and select Session Templates from the drop-down menu. Click the gear icon next to the Template you want to use and select Use for a new Session.
- You'll now be directed to complete Session Title and Client. These settings are compulsory. Add the Access Code if using a pre-pay stage.
- Click the green Save button at the bottom of the page when you have finished configuring the settings.
