File Size & Shooting Speed Warning
Supported Sony cameras behave differently from other camera brands, meaning that Capture isn't able to copy images from the memory card of a Sony camera. Rather, we need to copy the images from the camera's RAM.
If you continually shoot 5MB+ image files it is possible to fill the camera's RAM, which will result in lost images. To avoid this, make sure you are using a smaller image quality setting and avoid taking too many photos in quick succession. Images will still appear on the SD Card but we can not guarantee that all images will have been successfully uploaded.
If you have any concerns about this, please contact the support team on your Slack channel to discuss.

Note: Taking multiple images in quick succession will result in dropped images because the images will fill the camera RAM and make it impossible for our device to copy all images before they are cleared. When using a Sony Camera with Capture, special care must be taken by the photographer to avoid this. |
No RAW + JPEG on Sony
Supported Sony cameras behave differently than other models and we are unfortunately unable to support RAW + JPEG shooting.
