Integrations allows studios to connect their PLIC account to Fotomerchant and sync their data between both systems.

Connecting PLIC to Commerce
- Head to the Integrations > Studio Management area of your Commerce interface.
- Click on the green Connect PLIC button.
- You will be asked to provide your PLIC user email and your PLIC password, once you enter those details press Connect.
Setting Parameters
Once you are connected you will be prompted to set the parameters for the integration between PLIC and Fotomerchant.
Automatically Match to Sessions:
Set to Yes if you want the system to automatically match all published sessions from PLIC to a pre-existing session created in Fotomerchant.
Set to NO if you want to choose which session to match it to or if you plan on publishing your sessions before a session is created in Commerce and you want to choose which Session Template you want to use.
Process Package Summaries for Subjects:
Set to Yes, so that digital orders can be processed correctly.
Subject Property for Order References:
If you have a field in FLOW or ImageMatch that you enter in the order ID number or reference number then put that field name here. IE: Order ID or Custom2
Subject Property for Email Address:
If you have a field in FLOW or ImageMatch that you enter in the subject's email address then put that field name here. IE: Email or Custom1
Subject Property for Phone Number:
If you have a field in FLOW or ImageMatch that you enter in the subject's phone number then put that field name here. IE: Home Phone or Custom2
This is only needed if you have SMS turned on within your Commerce account.
Make sure to press Save at the bottom of the page once you have added the Parameter Settings.
