Studio
This process is helpful if you notice an issue with broken images not correcting after restarting the application. This can happen if a corrupt image happens to have been loaded into the system.
To clear the application cache and allow Fotomerchant Studio to attempt to re-download the image properly, follow the below processes for either Mac or Windows.
Mac OS X
- Open a Finder window.
- Navigate to the following location:
/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Fotomerchant Studio/Cache
Select all Files. - Select all files.
- Delete selected files.
Windows
- Open an Explorer window.
- Navigate to the following location:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Fotomerchant Studio\Cache
- Select all files.
- Delete selected files.
