Creating Seasons is a helpful way of managing various items within your account throughout the year. It's simply an additional way to sort your sessions, making it easier for you to find, edit, and export data as needed. We strongly recommend using seasons as the best practice for managing your account.

Create a New Season
- Click Clients & Sessions from the left menu panel and select Seasons from the drop-down menu.
- If you have not created a Season before, there will be a green +Create a new Season button in the middle of the page that you will need to click. Otherwise, click the green +Season button in the top right corner of the page.
- Fill out the details using the help text provided. Season Name is compulsory, while all other fields are optional. However, we recommend adding as many details as possible because it will likely help you in the long term.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Adding a Season to a Session
- Click Clients & Sessions from the left menu panel and select Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Session you wish to edit by clicking the gear icon next to the Session and selecting Edit.
- Update the Season field by clicking on the drop-down menu and selecting the Season you want to add.
- Scroll down and click Save.
Adding a Season to a Session template
Applying a Season to a Session template will not retroactively update Sessions currently using the template. The Season will only apply to Sessions created after the Season has been added to the template.
- Click Clients & Sessions from the left menu panel and select Session Templates from the drop-down menu.
- If you have not created a Session Template before, there will be a green +Create a new Session Template button in the middle of the page that you will need to click. Otherwise, click the green +Session Template button in the top right corner of the page. More details can be found in our Creating a Session Template article.
- Update the Season field by clicking on the drop-down menu and select the Season you want to add.
- Scroll down and click Save.
Edit a Season
- Click Clients & Sessions from the left menu panel and select Seasons from the drop-down menu.
- Click the gear icon next to the Season you wish to update and select Edit.
- Make any required edits as needed.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm.

Pro tip: If you click on a season you will see a list of all sessions currently using that season. Helpful, right? Anything to make your life easier! |
