Enabling SMS notifications allows you to automatically send SMS broadcasts to customers at specified milestones within a Session. You will be able to mass message all subjects created for an event as soon as they import their data and images for a session with a message prompting the customers to view their photos and purchase.

Enabling SMS Notifications for a Session
- Click Clients & Sessions from the menu panel and select Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- Find the session. You can type the session name or UID into the search box at the top of the page or navigate through the list under the appropriate tab.
- Click the cog icon
next to the desired session, then Edit.
- Scroll down to the SMS Notifications menu.
- If you see the following image, please notify the support team to enable SMS on your account. Again, SMS services require an additional charge for the original setup and followed by an annual subscription.

- When enabled, there are a range of settings to be configured.
- Once you have set up your SMS preferences please make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page and press the green Save button.
Stage-Specific SMS Notifications for Digital Delivery
There are a secondary set of configuration options at the stage level that relate specifically to digital delivery. The session & stage can stay live when making the following settings changes.
- Click Clients & Sessions from the menu panel and select Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- Find the session. You can type the session name or UID into the search box at the top of the page or navigate through the list under the appropriate tab.
- Enter the Session by clicking the Session name.
- Choose the stage you need to edit. Click the gear icon and select Edit from the drop down list.
- Scroll down to the E-Commerce section. Update Send SMS Notifications to Yes. This now activates the SMS notifications to be sent out notifying customers that their digital products are available for download.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the green Save button.
