If a customer is having trouble gaining access to their gallery or does not have their password, you can create a direct link for the session or gallery and your customers can easily access their images.

Creating a direct link to a subject's gallery
To create a direct link to a subjects gallery you will need the URL of your Search Page as well as the subject's password. To create the link copy/paste first the Search Page URL followed by the password.

How to find the Search Page URL
- From anywhere within Fotomerchant Commerce click the View Website / grey globe icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your search page.
- Copy the entire URL and paste it into a blank workspace of your choosing (i.e. Excel, Word, Notepad).
How to find the Subject Password
- From the left-hand menu panel, click Clients & Sessions, and then Sessions from the drop-down options. Search for the Session, and click the session name to open. This will bring you into the stage area for this session.
- Click on the Subjects tab, this will display a list of all the subjects within this session. Search for the subject you are looking for.
Keyboard shortcut: CTRL+F (Windows) or COMMAND+F (Apple) will open a search box within your browser where you can search for keywords such as a subject name.
- Once you've found the subject, click on the password just below the subject's name & UID. The password will be automatically copied.
