Subject export template configurations
When creating a template, the following configurations can be made:
-
Subject Export Definition - The definition used to create the export. This must be selected before proceeding to the rest of the configurations.
|
Note: At time of writing, the system has Subject Export Definitions available for the following software:
|
-
Name - The name of the Subject Export Template. This will be visible in Commerce, as well as to clients when selecting a template in Portal.
-
Use Knockout - Whether to export knockouts rather than the original image—defaults to false. If no knockout can be found for a given subject, then no image will be included for that subject.
-
Background Image (optional) - A background image to use for each image in the export.
-
Crop Template (optional) - A crop template to be used to crop each image in the export.
-
Pose ID (optional) - Specify which image in a pose sequence to export for each subject. If no image with the specified pose ID can be found for a given subject, then no image will be included for that subject.
-
Group By and Sort Fields (optional) - How the subjects should be grouped and/or sorted in the export. Note that some definitions do not allow the default group-by or sort options to be overridden.
Access Controls
Additionally, when creating a template, Access Controls can be configured to control which clients have access to the Subject Export Template. There are currently two options, Global and Client:
-
Global (default) - The Subject Export Template will be available to all clients.
-
Client - The Subject Export Template will only be available to specific clients, which must be added individually. Clients can be added when creating the template, or afterwards by editing the Subject Export Template.
Actions
There are several actions that can be performed on created Subject Export Templates:
-
Edit - Edit the configurations and/or access controls of a Subject Export Template. Note that this will not impact Subject Exports that have already been generated with the given template.
-
Archive - Archive the Subject Export Template. The template will no longer be available to clients but can be restored by Unarchiving the template.
-
Unarchive - Restore a previously archived Subject Export Template.
-
Delete - Permanently delete the Subject Export Template. The template will no longer be available, and cannot be restored. Note that Subject Exports already generated with the deleted template will not be deleted.
-
Duplicate - Create a copy of an existing Subject Export Template.
