Portal
This product is currently in strict testing with some customers, we expect it to be available for all customers in early 2023.
Portal is the gateway to your schools! Schools can view, search, manage and report on their students, even at the District level. Schools can print replacement ID cards, certificates, awards and any other design templates you provide. School admin software and yearbook exports are a snap! Choose the export format and it will be automatically packaged and delivered digitally. Our vision is that, eventually, schools will be able to securely send school rosters and download documents, flyers & more. Full article links below:

Template builder & render (beta)
The Fotomerchant template builder allows the studio or lab to design and create templates for services and products such as ID cards, memory mates, proof sheets and... well... anything else your marketing team can dream up! We empower you to create dynamic text, colors, images and more – all based on custom rules and subject data. Need to show/hide a text or image element for a certain grade? No worries, mate! Assign your designs to schools and sessions and make them for printing or even assign them to products for direct fulfillment.

How to create and use an Operator (photographer)
Images from Capture are uploaded in real-time for review in Studio. If you have multiple photographers at a single event and you want to review a single photographers' work, you can! Just be sure to set your photographers up in advance and connect them, individually, to their device.

Paper order imports
Upload a data file to Studio and have it create pre-orders or proof orders for direct lab fulfillment or digital fulfillment. There is a small wholesale charge for using this feature, reach out to your support team on Slack for more information.

Auto-crop for direct lab fulfillment
For those using a direct fulfillment lab, you can turn on Auto-cropping. This allows Studios to opt-in for images to be automatically cropped by the system to match the aspect ratio of the ordered product.
