Stopped offering a specific product and need to remove it from the shopping cart? No problem!
Items inside a catalog that have never been placed in a cart or purchased can be deleted and removed entirely by simply pressing the 
and saving the changes.
Items that can be deleted will be easily identified as white like this.
However, if an item has been added to a cart for testing or with a purchased order we cannot delete it as it may still have fulfillment requirements. In this scenario, you can identify these items by a grey outline around them as shown below.
These can be removed from the customers' shopping options instead by ticking the box to Retire this product. Doing this will mean it is no longer available in future shopping carts using this catalog. If you need to undo this change at a later date you simply uncheck the Retire button.
