Commerce
- Click Clients & Sessions from the left menu panel and select Sessions from the drop down list. Find the correct session on the sessions list, click the session name to open.
- Click the Subjects tab and locate the subject whose gallery you want to disconnect (disassociate).
- Click the blue gallery link underneath the subject information. Be aware not to click on the blue link for the subject name at the top.
- Click the grey Edit button in the top right corner.
- Locate the Subject (optional) setting and click on the subject name listed. Scroll to the top to find the option "No subject is associated to this subject", select it, then scroll to the bottom and press the green Save button.
- This gallery will no longer be shown to that subject specifically and, in some cases, the gallery would be considered to be a public gallery.
- Gallery visibility controls whether it can be seen by anyone or nobody. If you don't want anyone to see this gallery, change the setting to Invisible. Keep it set as Visible if you want it to be viewed.
