There are two formats available for order importing, CSV Format and ImageMatch Format. The key difference between each is how packages and product options are displayed and it does impact the level of complexity an order can support. Read below to learn more about each file format.

Importing CSV Format
The CSV Format defines Packages, Products, Product Options, Image Options and their associated quantities as individual headers in the file.
In the example above, we have three Products and three Product Options each with their respective quantities.
Aiden Jones has:
-
1 x Package A with Product Option AA
-
2 x B1 with Product Option AA
-
1 x DD1MP with Product Option AA
This format is only suitable for simple imports where single-poses and single-backgrounds/options are used. For more complex imports, check out the ImageMatch Format.
Importing ImageMatch Format
The ImageMatch Format defines Packages, Products, Product Options, Image Options and their associated quantities in a single ImageMatch-style string within a Packages column. This format is well-suited for larger, more complex order.

In the above example, we similarly have three Products, each with their respective Quantity and Product Option.
- If a product includes a selected product option, it will appear as PRODUCT,OPTION-QUANTITY.
- Products are separated by a semicolon ( ; ).
Aiden Jones has:
-
1 x Package A with no options.
-
2 x B1 with no options
-
1 x DD1MP with Product Option AA
