This is a guide on how to assign a tag to your packages and products within a shopping cart. This will restrict the purchase of specific images on specific products.
|
Before getting started:
|
- Click Store from the menu panel and select Catalogs from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Catalog you wish to edit, and select the package or product you wish to apply tags to by clicking the arrow in the package line (next to where you input the price).
- Then click . I'll be selecting a package that group photo option
- Packages and Products that have tag rules already in place will have a tag icon next to Advanced Configuration.
- Click the blue Add Tag Rule button.
- Add a name or description for the tag rule.
- Define the tag rule:
- Exclude: Selecting Exclude will prevent the image from appearing in the gallery when a customer goes to select their image for the product, i.e. when you want to exclude the purchase of a group image with a digital product.
- Include: Selecting Include will only allow images with that specific tag to be available for that product, i.e. only allows a group photo to be purchased in a group package.
- Select Images
- Any selected tags:The system will search for any image with any of the tags assigned and apply the setting chosen above.
- All selected tags: The system will search for any image with all the tags assigned in these rules and apply the setting chosen above.
- Add your tags here. You need at least one tag added but you can add multiple depending on how advanced the setting needs to be. You can search for a known tag or create a new tag.
- Add tag rule: If you need to add an additional tag rule, click Add Tag Rule and repeat steps 4-6 again.
-
Continue the process until all products within the package have a rule applied.
- Once you are done scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green Save button (we recommend saving your work often).

Note: Please be aware, as you are applying tag rules at the package level, any Session using a catalog including tagged packages will be affected. |
