Deleting Images

Note: Deleting images can NOT be undone so please be very careful with what you delete.

You can delete images from the Console, either by deleting a single image or a batch of images.

First, find the Event that the image is in, and then click on "Event Gallery" to access the Admin Gallery.

 

Individual Delete

1. Select the image from the left-side panel.
2. Click the red Delete button above the image.
3. A confirmation box pops up, click Delete to confirm.

Batch Delete

1. Above the image list on the left side of the Admin Gallery is the Batch button. This gives access to numerous batch actions including deleting multiple images.
2. Once you have clicked the Batch button you'll be able to select multiple images. You can see how many you've selected at the top (next to the red Cancel button) as well as a tick on the images which are selected. When you are ready, click the Choose Action button at the bottom and select Delete Images.
3. You'll be asked to confirm once more. Just to be friendly we thought it'd be good to remind you that deleted images cannot be retrieved.
