Move an image to a different event

If your image was uploaded to the wrong event you can move it to the correct event in the Console.  You can move either a single image or a batch of up to 20 images. The current functionality is not designed for the bulk movement of images, so please be careful to avoid this situation. Always make sure to take a few test shots correctly and upload them to the expected session prior to every job.

1. Open the event/session the image has uploaded to, click Event Gallery to access the Admin Gallery, and select the image.
2. Having clicked the photo your screen should now look similar to the image below, the General tab will automatically be open with the Event name listed at the top. Click the edit pencil icon next to the event name to bring up a list of all events.
3. Select the event you want to move this image too and click the green Select button at the bottom of the modal to complete the action. 

Moving multiple images to a different event

1. When in the Admin Gallery of an event, above the image grid on the left side of the window is the white Batch button. This gives access to several batch actions, including moving multiple images to a different Event.       
2. Click the Batch button and you can begin selecting multiple images (little dots will appear on the image previews on the left panel). Selected images are marked with a small blue check in the image preview and a total number of selected images is noted at the top of the page, next to the red Cancel button.
3. When you are ready, click the Choose Action button at the bottom. A modal will appear and you can select Move Event.
4. You'll be shown a list of all of your events. Click the Event you want to move the images to and then click the blue Select at the bottom of the modal to complete the action.

Note: If you are moving a large number of images in bulk please be mindful this may take some time to process, it is normal to not see all the images straight away.
