Keeping track of can be overwhelming - especially when it comes to orders. Once you have manually fulfilled the items within an order, you can mark it as complete - a simple solution to keep track of all the moving parts.
You can mark orders as complete either individually or in a batch.

Marking orders complete individually
- Inside of your Commerce account, click Store from the menu panel and select Orders.
- Click on the Order Reference to open the order you wish to mark as complete. This will open up the order page; it has all the details for the order. You can find an order faster by using the search bar towards the top of the window.
Alternatively, you can press Shift twice on your keyboard to access the Search function. Enter the Order Reference No. or the Subject's Name into the search box and click Search.
A popup will appear with the search results. Click on the correct order reference number to go directly to the order details page.
- Once inside the order details scroll down and you will see a blue box, click the green Mark as complete button. The order will then be marked as complete.
Marking orders complete in a batch
- Inside of your Commerce account, click Store from the menu panel and select Orders from the drop-down menu.
- Select the orders you want to mark by ticking/checking the orders in the box next to the Order Reference.
- Click on the Actions button next to the search bar and select Mark Custom Products as Complete from the drop-down menu.
