Note: If images will be sent to a direct fulfillment lab or you use Studio to crop images, you cannot use this option to fix the image. You must delete the image, fix the metadata and re-import a corrected image. |
If you have one rogue image in your gallery which has the wrong orientation, you can fix it by following these simple steps:
- Click Clients & Sessions from the menu panel, select Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- Find the Session you wish to edit, you can search for a session in the Search Bar at the top of the screen.
- Click on the name of the session or click the gear icon and select Edit.
- Locate the Gallery and access it.
For galleries associated with a subject:
Click on the Subjects tab, then click the subjects name next to the green gallery icon in the Galleries field. For galleries not associated with a subject:
Click on the Galleries tab, then click either on the gallery name or use the gear icon and select Edit to get into the gallery. - Now that you can see all the images within the gallery, hover over the image you wish to edit and a pencil icon will appear. Click the pencil icon.
- At the top right of the screen there is a row of grey action buttons. Click the grey Rotate button.
- A modal will appear, select your preferred rotation option and click Save.
|
Note: You will need to perform this action one image at a time, currently there is no way to select all images and rotate them. |
Much better!
