In the case that an order is created without an email address linked to the order, or if the email address provided is incorrect, it is an easy process to add or edit the information field.
- Locate the order you need to update by using the search short cut: Press the shift key twice and a search window will appear. This short cut can be accessed on any page in Commerce.
- Enter a name or the last 5 digits of the order, either hit Enter to search or click the green Search button. Select the correct order.
- Once inside the order, click the gray Edit button in the top right of the window.
- Enter or edit the email in the Recipient email text box.
- Scroll to the bottom and press Save.

Note: If this was a pre-pay digital order missing an email address, once the email address has been saved the notification email will automatically be sent. |
Resent Digital Download and Order Confirmation Emails
If you were editing an incorrect email for a digital delivery order you will also need to resend the digital download email and the order confirmation email:
- When on the order page, click the gray Actions button next to the Edit button. Both Resent Digital Download and Order Confirmation Email options will appear in the drop-down menu.
